OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our team in Stoke on Trent. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and working closely with the Registered Area Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support across our services in Cheshire.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualifications, ideally, or willingness to work towards it. They will also possess leadership and supervisory experience in Learning Disability care or support settings.
You will enjoy a range of benefits, including a base salary up to £40,000, company pension, health and wellbeing package, and referral bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with the Registered Area Manager to lead a team of specialist Support Workers.
- Work 4 days supernumerary and 1 day on shift.
- Work across an on-call rota.
- Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualifications, ideally, or willingness to work towards it.
- Leadership and supervisory experience in Learning Disability care or support settings.
- Base salary up to £40,000.
