About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at SSEN Transmission. As an Asset Information & System Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data related to asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the construction of planned maintenance within IBM Maximo and the continuous development of the asset register.
  2. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the agreed quality standard.
  3. Prepare all required data to ensure integrity and validation, and develop, manipulate, and map final deliverable load files.
  4. Monitor the performance of vendors and other direct suppliers in their contractual conformance with regard to data deliverables.
  5. Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) activities within IBM Maximo and from other systems.
  6. Deliver the day-to-day operation of the Enterprise Asset Management system by demonstrating competence through handling complex engineering and optimisation options.
