About the Role

As a Site Manager with Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited, you will play a crucial role in the safe and effective delivery of a large-scale construction project in the Inverness area. This is a permanent opportunity that offers a competitive salary package, including a car or allowance, enhanced holidays, and pension contribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure quality checks are completed
  • Conduct safety walk rounds and complete necessary paperwork
  • Coordinate on-site labor and organize daily tasks for the site team
  • Work with the wider site team to achieve project deadlines and identify opportunities for positive outcomes
  • Participate in site inductions, site briefings, and progress meetings with clients and external stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in Site Management and strong technical knowledge in the construction sector. A formal qualification in construction management or a trades background with progression into a management role is desirable. You should also hold relevant certifications, such as SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work.
