Site Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee all on-site activities for our construction projects in the North of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  2. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  4. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
  5. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role in the construction sector.
  2. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  3. Relevant trade or academic qualification.
  4. Site Managers Safety Training Scheme Certificate (SMSTS).
  5. Construction Skills Certification Scheme qualification of a relevant type (CSCS).
  6. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  7. Full UK driving license.
