Key Responsibilities- Organize work on our project sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and builders to ensure projects are on track.
- Manage staff, machinery, and materials to complete jobs efficiently.
- Previous experience working on an active construction site or HNC Construction Management qualification.
- Highly organized and self-driven with excellent time management skills.
- Flexible approach to work and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Comfortable with travel and living away from home for learning placements.
- Full UK Driver's Licence or in the process of learning to drive.
