About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Trainee Site Construction Management programme. As a Trainee Site Construction Manager, you will be responsible for organizing work on our project sites, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize work on project sites to ensure tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and builders to ensure projects are on track.
  • Ensure there are enough staff, machinery, and materials to complete jobs.
What You'll Need
  • Previous experience working on an active construction site in any capacity.
  • Highly organized and self-driven with the ability to manage time well.
  • Flexible approach to work to maximize chances of success.
  • Comfortable spending time living away from home while on different learning placements.
  • Full UK Driver's Licence or in the process of learning to drive.
