About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 Contractor as a Quantity Surveyor, working on a permanent basis and playing a key role in the delivery of a major construction project in the Highlands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the costs and budget of a multi-million-pound new build construction project.
- Procure subcontractors, seeking opportunities to maximise the best value and quality.
- Analyse data, measure work completed by subcontractors, negotiate to achieve desired commercial returns.
- Support the commercial manager with various commercial duties.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in quantity surveying or similar.
- Be of a chartered status.
- Have previous experience of working on large scale projects.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, excellent IT skills, and analytical skills.
