Experienced Quantity Surveyor Wanted for Civil Engineering Projects

Role Overview:
Contract Scotland is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage contract variations, maintain financial control systems, and oversee site progress for a regional Civil Engineering Contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise financial control systems, including monthly cost value reconciliations.
- Manage contract variations efficiently to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee site progress, issuing required notices in accordance with contract procedures.
- Prepare meticulous final accounts and manage subcontractor accounts effectively.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within civil renewables or windfarm projects.
- Strong organisational skills for managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency with key cost-based software packages.
- Full UK driving license and own transport.
- Willingness to travel as required.
