Director of Programme Management

We're looking for a seasoned leader to spearhead programme management within our organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects, develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and drive innovation across our programmes.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of system design, analog/mixed-signal, digital, and verification methodologies, as well as extensive experience in the semiconductor or related deep-tech industries, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead our client's Program Management Office, ensuring alignment with company strategy and driving innovation through cross-functional team collaboration.
  2. Develop and execute product and technology roadmaps with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Sales teams.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  4. Manage project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  5. Drive accountability and efficiency across teams to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Requirements:
  1. Must have a proven track record in program management, including customer and stakeholder engagement.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor development and production, especially in SerDes or mixed-signal chips for consumer applications.
  3. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  4. Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science).
Benefits:
