Hardware Design and Test Specialist

The successful Senior Hardware Test Engineer will be responsible for:
- Developing test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of semiconductor products.
- Designing ATE board-level hardware to meet the requirements of the product under test.
- Debugging complex software issues to ensure efficient and effective testing.
- Creating reliable production test program solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
