We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounts, monitoring emails, updating client portals, and ensuring all calls are answered within our SLA. They will also review and respond to customer enquiries, process sales orders, and manage customer queries and complaints.

We offer a competitive basic salary up to £24,000, Royal London Pension, Life Assurance x4 of Salary, and 20 Days holiday, increasing each year up to 25 days. Our benefits package includes Mental Health & Well-being Scheme, Paid Refer a Friend Scheme, Employee Recognition Scheme, and Long Service Award.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience of using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams. They will also have strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach.
