About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Springfield Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a high standard of care, assisting residents with their daily needs and promoting their independence.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with their daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and using the bathroom
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their surroundings
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the care team
  • Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure a seamless delivery of care

About You

We are looking for a kind and caring individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with residents and their families. While previous care experience is not essential, you will need to be willing to undergo comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
