Full Time Secretary Position in Community Mental Health Team

This exciting opportunity has arisen in Baird House Hub, Liverpool, for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Support Medical Secretary to join our Administrative Team supporting the Community Mental Health Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive professional support secretarial service to the Mental Health Care Division, maintaining confidentiality at all times when dealing with service user/staff information.
Main Duties:
The post holder will work closely with the team to co-ordinate workload activities, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records of patient information. Strong communication and organisational skills, experience of working as a medical secretary, and knowledge of medical terminology are essential. A flexible approach, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to undergo further training are also required.

In this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,071-£25,674 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
