Salary: £17,574.33 - £18,634 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

Location: Atlantic Point, Naylor Street, L3 6LS

Job Description:

  • Providing a welcoming front-of-house reception service to our students
  • Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
  • Planning and running events for our students to enhance their living experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
  • An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member, you'll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
  • You'll also have great time management and organisational skills
