Residential Support Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Support Coordinator to join our team at PP Associates Ltd. In this role, you will provide essential support to vulnerable female residents in a 24/7 supported accommodation project in Liverpool. Your primary goal will be to empower them to achieve their personal goals, grow in confidence, and ultimately move towards greater independence.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work on a 3-on-3-off shift pattern (8am - 8pm) and contribute to a supportive environment where residents can feel safe and comfortable. As part of our Adults Services team, you will engage with residents to help them overcome challenges related to substance misuse, offending, and anti-social behavior. By providing emotional support and guidance, you will facilitate improved engagement with treatment services and enhance overall health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver a trauma-aware, strengths-based program of empowerment and confidence-building
• Collaborate with residents to develop personalized plans for achieving their goals
• Provide practical and emotional support to ensure residents' safety and comfort
• Facilitate connections with local resources and services to aid in recovery and growth
Requirements:
