Job Title: Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Life Sciences Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring customer success in the East Anglia region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining deep insights into their needs and how our products can meet those needs.
  • Business Development: Collaborate cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders involved in customer success.
  • Account Management: Conduct regular customer visits to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer engagement with our platform.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Manage comprehensive reporting on the health of customer accounts, providing actionable insights to internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, within the pharma, biotech, and/or academic sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful client-facing roles.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with Microplate readers or similar high-throughput screening technologies.
  • Field Expertise: Familiarity with oncology research, toxicity checks, or related fields.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations for account growth.
