We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our Cambridge office as a Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying key talent in the market, and managing vacancies from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and identify key talent in the market.
  • New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within the industry and develop and build your portfolio of clients.
  • Vacancy Management: Effectively work with clients to fill their vacancies, from screening and interviewing candidates to shortlisting and presenting the best candidates for the role.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience within accountancy and finance recruitment would be advantageous.
  • Drive and Enthusiasm: A drive, enthusiasm, and sales-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.
  • Organisation and Time Management: Strong organisation and time management skills are required to manage multiple clients and vacancies.
