Site Operations Coordinator

Your new role at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited involves supporting the Site Manager in managing the development of a site through to completion. You will assist in coordinating trades, direct labour, and materials to meet the production programme, ensuring Programme, Quality, and Cost targets are achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Site Manager in coordinating trades and direct labour to meet the production programme
- Working with the Sales Team to ensure regular Sales/Build meetings are attended and all Sales/Build procedures are adhered to
- Accepting responsibility for duties and responsibilities as determined by the Site Manager, including deputising for the Site Manager as required
- Supporting the Site Manager in ensuring the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed
Requirements for success include:
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certifications
