We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Specialist to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales function.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the incoming customer ordering process and requests for further information, ensuring speed and accuracy.
- Utilize HubSpot to support pipeline management, performance reporting, and to maximize sales opportunities.
- Explore customer support issues and assign to the correct team, ensuring customers receive accurate information on who can resolve their issue.
- Work closely with internal operations teams, including Sales, Finance, Shipping, and Quality, to ensure seamless order processing.
- Interpret and present HubSpot data to identify improvements in the sales process, KPI monitoring, and forecasting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including the ability to analyze and visualize data.
- Experience in creating productive sales reports to inform the sales and customer fulfillment process.
- Strong CRM management background and experience with sales forecasting and performance reporting.
