About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Design Specialist to join our team at Knoll Inc. As a Sales and Design Specialist, you will be responsible for growing your business through outreach and networking within the local design community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local designers, architects, and clients to expand your client base and increase sales.
  • Utilize company programs and tools to manage the full client lifecycle, including product training, design consultations, and sales support.
  • Assist in maintaining the studio's design and visual standards, including merchandising and product displays.
  • Facilitate the client experience, providing expert knowledge on products, design trends, and industry best practices.
  • Attend studio meetings, product trainings, and industry events to stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and product offerings.
  • Travel to client sites for in-home consultations and visits to local trade professionals.
Requirements
  • Background in retail sales, customer success, or interior design preferred.
  • Ability to identify client needs, problem-solve, and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Experience with POS systems, MS Office software, web navigation, and 3D rendering programs preferred.
