Strategic Employee Engagement Consultant

Reward Gateway, a global leader in benefits and employee engagement, seeks an experienced Strategic Employee Engagement Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to transforming employee experience, attracting top talent, and driving business success.

This exciting opportunity is focused on customer acquisition and growth as an Enterprise Employee Engagement Consultant. You will be responsible for your own success within your territory, ensuring incremental revenue growth, new logo acquisition, and customer retention while delivering exceptional consultative sales experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Selling complex HR technology solutions to multiple stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Operations, and C-Suite professionals.
- Negotiating contracts to achieve the best outcomes for Reward Gateway and our members.
- Working closely with the Client Success team to ensure high satisfaction and retention among your accounts.
- Preparing and writing tenders, RFPs, and written sales documents with the support of our global Bid team.
You will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of Enterprise clients, identifying and closing expansion opportunities, and demonstrating value to key stakeholders during complex sales cycles. Your expertise in interpreting sales and performance data will enable you to build strong relationships with partners and maximize success for both parties.
About the Role:We offer a competitive salary package of £74,000 - £97,000 per annum, reflecting the level of responsibility and expected performance in this role. The base location is London, but we encourage flexible, hybrid working arrangements to ensure work-life balance and productivity.
Requirements:- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven experience in owning commercial targets and KPIs to deliver ambitious growth targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing strategic marketing plans to drive sales volume and increase engagement.
