National Business Development Manager Opportunity

At BMS Performance, we are seeking a target-driven, dynamic, and growth-minded National Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is looking for real variety in their day-to-day work.

This role involves approaching national chains within the Hospitality, Health Care, Private & Public sector, across the UK, and being resilient and tenacious in your approach, relentlessly moving relationships with potential clients forward until you close the business. As a solution-based seller, you will need to be highly consultative in your approach, dealing with decision makers from regional general managers to buyers.

Based from home, you will have the autonomy and freedom to develop a strategic plan to hit your targets, through calls, emails, arranging face-to-face meetings, and compilation & submission of National Tenders. While you will predominantly be based out on the road, the rest of the time you will be working from home, with occasional travel to Head Office.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Currently selling into National hospitality, healthcare, or private and public sector chains
  • Strong new business background
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Be a consultative & structured salesperson, who has a proven track record in solution-based selling
