Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at GCS Associates. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in Scotland & Northern England, working closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in building materials or a related industry. They will be able to build and maintain relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and develop effective strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and expansion in Scotland & Northern England, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to provide value-added services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £75,000-£90,000 per annum, plus bonus (up to 45% of salary).
