**B2B Sales Specialist**

**Salary**: £60-70K per annum plus significant commission with realistic OTE £100K +

Full time, permanent

**Location**: Remote but individuals must be based in central Scotland.

Must be prepared to travel extensively in your designated area to meet with prospects and clients.

My client, a fast-growing membership-based business club exclusively for UK SME business owner-managers and serves as the central point for like-minded entrepreneurs and influential business leaders. Their community fosters collaboration, facilitates opportunity sharing, and amplifies businesses to a broader audience. The business is rapidly expanding, hence the need to grow the membership sales team.

**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Responsible for the full end-to-end sales process from lead generation to signing new members.
- Spread and advocate the ethos of the Business Club to the broader market.
- Cultivate positive relationships with potential and current members and introducers through proactive engagement, attentive listening, understanding business goals, and demonstrating the value of club membership.
- Work with the Event Manager to facilitate networking events and maintain a presence to forge exceptional relationships with professional introducers and their clients, identifying opportunities for business growth within the network.
- Stay abreast of new membership products, services, and benefits, communicating how they enhance the membership experience.
- Collaborate with the relationship team to support ongoing member relationships and expand the introducer network.
- Maintain accurate records on members to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
- Generate and identify suitable leads.

- Successful track-record in B2B sales - preferably min 8-10 years.
- Ownership mindset with a customer-oriented, creative, and problem-solving approach.
- Experience of selling membership-based services would be highly desirable.
- Strong network of SME businesses (your black book) - this is key to enable you to hit the road running and make some quick wins
- Solid network of introducers such as accountants, solicitors, or Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs).
- Exceptional networking, communication, and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to motivate, inspire, and influence.
- Proven track record in successfully engaging and understanding owners of predominantly SME businesses.
- Aptitude for nurturing positive, long-term relationships.
- Self-driven and organised, able to contribute to and collaborate with a broader team.
- Ambition to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce knowledge/experience is desirable but not essential.
