Senior Sales Estimator

A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum is available for this role, which includes a 37.5 hour week with an early finish on Fridays. You will work in a friendly working environment on a straight day shift, with flexible holiday entitlement and free onsite parking.
This challenging position has become available at a well-established engineering company in Cannock. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will engage with customers to build and retain relationships, occasionally negotiate on costs, close sales, and handle customer queries and complaints when required. Take customer drawings and requirements and create quotations based off knowledge and business resources available. Understand the processes and new technologies to be able to quote against these areas and help the business be competitive within the market.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to plan, manage and effectively achieve deadlines. They will also show good initiative, attitude and work ethic, and have proven experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, and have a 'can do' attitude.
