At Creative Support, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Pelham House in Newbury. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing practical, emotional, and behavioural support to service users
  • Assisting service users with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Supporting service users to access community activities and events
