Relief Support Worker Opportunity

Creative Support is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are seeking Relief Support Workers to join our Relief Team in Newbury.

About the Role

As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide practical, emotional, and behavioural support to service users. You will work with individuals who communicate non-verbally, support them with community activities, and develop warm and trusting relationships. You will also assist with personal care and domestic tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to service users with daily living tasks
  • Assist with community activities such as walking, swimming, and other leisure pursuits
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users and their families
  • Support with personal care and domestic tasks
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements

We are looking for calm, resourceful, and energetic individuals who are well-motivated, hardworking, and keen to join our friendly team. You must have excellent communication and team-working skills, and be able to promote service users' dignity, independence, and well-being.
