Relief Support Worker Opportunity

Creative Support is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are seeking Relief Support Workers to join our Relief Team in Newbury, based in the Newbury area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing practical, emotional, and behavioural support to service users
  • Supporting individuals who communicate non-verbally
  • Support with community activities such as walking, swimming, etc.
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Support with Personal Care and domestic tasks

Prior experience in this field of work is essential for this role. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
