Channel Development and Recruitment Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Channel Development and Recruitment Manager to join our team at Ambis Resourcing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to recruit and onboard new ERP resellers in Eastern Europe and the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a channel recruitment strategy to identify and onboard new ERP resellers in Eastern Europe and the Nordics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new resellers to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide training and support to resellers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell our cloud hosting solutions effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reporting to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in channel development and recruitment, with a strong track record of success in identifying and onboarding new resellers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with resellers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the ERP software market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
