About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Colchester Extra store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
