About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Colchester Extra store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promoting products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of store standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure the store looks its best.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales and customer service targets, working closely with the store management team.
