Job Title: Corporate Training Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Training Coordinator to join our team at the Lanes Group. As a key member of our Learning & Development department, you will play a vital role in supporting our utilities contracts and ensuring the seamless delivery of training activities.

About the Role:
  • This position is open to Internal and External candidates.
  • You will work closely with our existing Training Coordinator and report to the Head of L&D, ensuring smooth operation of training activities and maintaining our commitment to excellence in service delivery.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in training administration, with experience in utilities or related industrial sectors. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and have Health and Safety awareness certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions
  • Manage training calendar
  • Maintain accurate training records
  • Liaise with training suppliers
Salary Information:

An attractive salary of £23,809.50 per annum, paid on a 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break.
