About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Property Surveyor to join our team at Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of contract administration.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating with NEC forms of contract, such as Option A, B, C and E, as well as bespoke forms of contract
  • Contract administration and contract advice, ensuring obligations under contract are met
  • Challenge and manage scope of changes, highlighting any commercial impact
  • Maintain awareness of key issues that can affect cost/time/quality
  • Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Conduct value engineering assessments to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
  • Ensure that all financial obligations are settled, and payments are made
