Job Description:

We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, managing teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles, including planning, coordination, and control. You will work closely with our project managers to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Estimated Salary: $60 - 80 per hour

About the Job:

This is a contract role that requires a high level of organizational and leadership skills. You will work on various sites, including residential and commercial properties, and must be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

The job involves:

  • Overseeing construction sites to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Managing teams of contractors and laborers
  • Developing and implementing construction schedules and budgets
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards are met
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
  • Ability to manage teams and lead by example
  • Experience working with complex construction projects
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads
