Senior Financial Partnership Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at Pertemps. As a key member of the Asset Management division, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and achieving strategic goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior managers to address financial performance challenges.
- Providing financial expertise for investment and sustainability strategies.
- Leading the preparation of the annual asset management budget and 30-year business plan.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- CCAB part or fully qualified (or equivalent experience).
- A strong background in financial management, budgeting, variance analysis, and Value for Money principles.
- Experience with MS Excel (advanced), and familiarity with Power BI (desirable).
- Strong project planning and process improvement skills.
- Experience in social housing or a related sector (desirable).
