About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Engineer to oversee operational matters related to plant and equipment maintenance on our site. This role involves ensuring adherence to CBRE Safety Rules and Procedures by all site personnel within the engineering team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the engineering operations for the client's campus, ensuring all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with site policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with Contract Manager(s) and Client(s) to ensure compliance with health and safety legislative requirements.
  • Plan and allocate tasks to a 24/7 365 Engineering Team.
  • Conduct quality checks on works completed by the team.
  • Develop and review site policies and procedures relating to maintenance of installed plant and equipment.
  • Ensure all matters relating to Health and Safety legislative requirements are fully documented and understood by all site staff and subcontractors involved in maintenance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized technical qualification in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A good knowledge of Building Management Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and General Building Services.
  • Ability to impart knowledge and safety training to all members of staff.
Preferred Qualifications

Possession of Incorporated Engineering registration with CIBSE or IET or IMechE or another approved engineering body is desirable.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
