About the Role: We are seeking a Site Operations Specialist to join our team at Rubicon Recruitment. This exciting opportunity will see you take on a challenging role that involves managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities in Cambridge.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in site operations and a strong understanding of site safety procedures. You must be proactive, able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all site safety procedures and demonstrate a strong understanding of site safety requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facilities are in good working order.
  • Coordinate with contractors to achieve high standards and timely delivery.
