As an Operational Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing sub-contractors and direct operatives on site, leading the site team to achieve production targets, and coordinating with colleagues to deliver works to specification.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in managing and delivering planned maintenance projects, a CSCS card, SMSTS or SSSTS certification, First Aid training, and experience managing labour-based activities. A full UK driving licence and knowledge of industry H&S are also essential.
