Cambridge-based company is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
About the Role
- Salary: Up to £40,000 (dependent on experience)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all site safety procedures and protocols
- Perform general maintenance and coordinate with contractors as needed
- Manage key engineering systems, including heating, ventilation, and plumbing
- Carry out repairs and support production and office teams
- Conduct site inspections and checks, maintaining grounds and managing helpdesk tickets
Requirements
- Mechanical and/or electrical qualification or extensive M&E experience
- Familiarity with engineering systems and Health & Safety practices
