About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Longhurst Group. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels, including online services, social media, web forms, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, record, and respond to inbound customer digital and social media enquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Monitor cases and activities in the Customer Services and Repairs dashboards, allocating tasks as required to ensure timely completion and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Provide front-line reception services at our Rushden office, delivering excellent customer service to external visitors and colleagues.
