About the Role: As a valued member of our teaching team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experiences of our students. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting Teachers: Collaborate with teachers to deliver high-quality lessons, ensuring students receive the best possible education.
  2. Individualized Support: Provide tailored support to students who require additional assistance, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
  3. Classroom Management: Assist in maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect among students.
  4. SEN Support: Work closely with teachers and other staff members to develop targeted strategies that cater to the needs of students with special educational needs.
  5. Event Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of extracurricular activities and school events, fostering a sense of community and excitement among students and staff.
