Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Maze Recruitment Group Ltd. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child with Autism and to contribute to a positive learning environment.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work with a KS2 student with Autism, providing individualized support to ensure they overcome barriers to learning. You will work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting the student's needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating with teachers, parents, and other staff members.

Requirements:
A minimum of two years' experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in the UK is required. You must have experience working with SEND students, particularly Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Challenging Behaviour. A commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality is essential. An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this position.
