Dedicated Support Staff Member Wanted

We are seeking a caring and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel in Wakefield.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support children to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as feeding and toileting
  • Develop a positive and inclusive environment that supports children's emotional and social growth
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with children with special educational needs is essential
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or hold a valid UK visa
  • Minimum three-month UK residency requirement
  • Certification for overseas criminal clearance (if necessary) or willingness to apply
  • Enhanced DBS certification for working with children
  • Professional references available upon request
