**Job Overview**

Career Teachers is seeking 4 qualified Teaching Assistants to join our team of dedicated supply staff at a Multi-Academy Trust based in Wakefield.

The successful candidates will work as Teaching Assistants, supporting the teaching and learning of Maths and English under the direction of teaching staff. The role of Teaching Assistant across this trust is to promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support, including to those with statements of special educational needs.

These are temporary positions, working Monday to Friday, approximately 5 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support pupils' learning and attend to their personal needs in order to support teaching and learning in the classroom and across the school.
  2. Support the preparation, planning, and implementation of individual and group learning activities and intervention programmes across the school.

There may also be times when you are required to work with pupils who have additional needs.
