About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Education Support Professional to join our dynamic team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to students, contributing to a positive and inclusive school community.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  1. Plan and deliver educational programs tailored to individual students' needs, incorporating strategies to promote engagement and motivation.
  2. Collaborate with teachers and colleagues to develop and implement lesson plans, ensuring seamless integration of educational activities and resources.
  3. Support students with special needs by adapting educational activities to meet their unique requirements, fostering a culture of acceptance and inclusivity.
  4. Maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and communicating regularly with parents and caregivers.

Requirements and Qualifications: To excel in this position, you will need relevant NVQ3 qualifications or equivalent experience. At least three years' experience as a Teaching and Learning Assistant or classroom assistant is also essential. Moreover, you should possess current knowledge of education practices and procedures related to child welfare, safety, and education.
