Teaching and Learning Support Role

As a Teaching and Learning Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs in a school setting.
You will be responsible for assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering personalised material and learning activities, as well as supporting pupils with social, emotional and communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting a class of between 6 - 10 pupils, assisting the teacher in the classroom.
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering personalised material and learning activities.
- Supporting pupils in the class with any social, emotional and communication skills.
An estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive ongoing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge in teaching and learning support.
