About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team at a stunning hotel in the beautiful Surrey countryside. The hotel is home to a 2AA Rosettes restaurant, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Chef in the preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes
  • Participate in menu planning and costing
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and well-maintained

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of classical French cuisine and modern cooking techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
