Job Title: Executive Chef Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd, a leading independent contract caterer. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food production and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus that meet the nutritional needs of our clients, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and local suppliers.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control food production and service to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
