Job Title: Executive Chef Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food production and service.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless food service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, menu ideas, and culinary techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
