The LTE Group is a national, public-sector learning and skills organisation dedicated to improving lives and economic success. We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Practitioner to join our education team at HMP Wandsworth on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Learning Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in setting targets and writing learning support plans to help prisoners achieve their goals. You will also assist teachers with strategies to support inclusion across the curriculum and be responsible for all aspects of prisoners' initial induction to education.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a track record of working effectively with individuals who present challenging behaviour. You must hold or be willing to work towards level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy within an agreed timescale. A level 2 or 3 qualification for Learning Support Practitioners is also required.
